Dink Pickleball Court Hire Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• All court bookings must be made through the Pay 2 Play online booking system www.pay2play.co.nz.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
• Bookings are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

2. Court Usage

• Courts may only be used during the allocated booking time.
• Players must vacate the court promptly at the end of their session to allow for the next booking.
• Only pickleball activities are permitted on the court.
• Users can bring their own equipment, or Dink paddles & balls are available to borrow from the office. Please ensure you return these to the office after use.

3. Conduct & Safety

• Players must follow all posted court rules and guidelines.
• Appropriate sports attire and non-marking shoes must be worn.
• Dink Pickleball and The Cashmere Club are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
• Players must respect other users and venue staff at all times.
• Any misuse of the courts or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate expulsion without refund and possible suspension from future bookings.

4. Venue Access & Facilities

• Players must comply with all Cashmere Club rules and policies while on the premises.
• Restrooms are available for use; please leave them in a clean and tidy condition.

5. Liquor Service Policy

The Cashmere Club bar operates under a Club License and restricts liquor service to:

• Club Members (annual membership fees range from $15 to $35)
• Guests accompanied by a club member
• Members of clubs with reciprocal rights agreements

6. Cancellations & Modifications

• Dink Pickleball reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to maintenance, weather conditions, or special events.
• In the event of a cancellation by Dink Pickleball, a credit or reschedule option may be offered at our discretion.

7. Liability Waiver

• By booking a court, players acknowledge that participation in pickleball carries inherent risks.
• Dink Pickleball and The Cashmere Club accept no liability for injuries sustained while using the facilities.
• Players assume full responsibility for their own safety and well-being.

8. Email Correspondence

• By signing this agreement, players agree to receive email correspondence from Dink Pickleball.

9. Amendments

• Dink Pickleball reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the courts constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.

By booking a court, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in loss of booking privileges.
