At Dink, we are committed to ensuring that your paddles, balls, and accessories arrive quickly and safely, so you can get on the court as soon as possible! Here's what you can expect:
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
New Zealand Standard Shipping:
Flat rate shipping of $10.00 with delivery in 3-5 business days.
International Shipping:
We ship to select countries. Shipping rates and times will vary based on location. Please contact us (info@dink.co.nz) directly if you would like to arrange international shipping.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Return and Exchange Policy
We take pride in offering top-quality products and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. In most cases, you may return unused items in their original condition with the original invoice within 30 days of purchase for a Dink store credit.
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to explain why you are not satisfied.
For change of mind returns, Dink must receive and inspect the item to confirm it’s in original condition before issuing any store credit. If the goods are damaged or used, we reserve the right to refuse a store credit. The cost of postage back to Dink is the purchaser’s responsibility. Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so please choose carefully.
For exchanges, please email our customer service team at info@dink.co.nz. Once we receive the returned item, a new order for the exchanged item will be processed. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been completed. Returns for online purchases can be made by post, with return shipping costs covered by the purchaser.
If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll assist you.
Please do not send items back without our consent or exchange approval. Any exchanges or refunds that require additional postage are at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse any refunds at our discretion.
